Classes

Group Classes – (regular or partner/couple classes). Classes may be in studio or in your choice of location.



Private Individual Classes – Available in my studio or location of your choice.



Registration Fees

Barrington: pay at beginning of month: 4 classes $30;

Drop in fee $10

Pubnico: 8 classes per month $40; 4 per month $24;

Drop in $7

Yarmouth: Buy a card that can be used amytime over a 6 month period at Pur Therapy. Cards are 5 classes for $50 / 10 for $90 / 20 for $160

Drop-in fee $10

Tusket: Pay at the beginning of the month for $30.

Drop-in $10

Backcare Mini Workshop with David Thomas

This workshop will deal mostly with Sacroilliac joint problems.

Private one on one sessions will also be available for booking in the afternoon.
